If you have a relationship with the banker at your local bank, that is certainly our top choice. No leads source can be more solid, qualified, and sustainable than a foreclosure lead that your local banker refers to you.

If you are not the type of person who likes to interact with bankers, or people in general, it is okay that you try to look up foreclosure leads online as well. Some websites that we suggest are:

Government

This can be online or offline, but checking with the government agencies is another great way to find leads. It is also a great source to check the County’s public records.

Labor Work

Last but not least, you can also check the newspapers, and if you are up for it, go for a drive-by in the neighborhoods that you are interested in investing, and you may be surprised on what you find!
